During an interview on ABC Sunday morning Ms. Pelosi defended her stand on providing funding for birth control in the latest and greatest "stimulus plan." According to reports there are hundreds of millions earmarked for contraceptives in the House plan put together by Democrats.
Even if you believe that taxpayers should provide birth control how does providing contraceptives stimulate the economy or create new jobs???? Duh, how about eliminating the capital gains tax for a couple of years? How about reducing government spending and reducing taxation in general?
In addition, the house bill will require all 50 states to offer family planning services (including contraceptives)to everyone...not just those who are poor enough to receive Medicaid.

By the way...Pelosi has 5 kids and 6 grandchildren...I guess it is okay for her to populate the world.
